Space aerosols
Space aerosols are specifically designed for space spraying. For example, space mosquito and fly killing aerosols, space disinfection aerosols, air deodorization aerosols, air freshening aerosols, etc. It is required that the particles ejected are very fine and can be suspended in the air for a long time. To achieve this goal, space aerosols contain more projective agents than other aerosols.
Surface aerosol
This aerosol is specifically designed to spray onto the surface of objects. For example, insecticidal aerosols that kill insects on the ground, including bee killing aerosols, ant killing aerosols, anti moth aerosols, and anti mold aerosols. Hair spray, aerosol head oil, aerosol perfume. The aerosol particles ejected by this type of aerosol are coarser than those used in space. After spraying, it can directly contact the surface of the sprayed area (not the space), because the sprayed propellant vaporizes immediately before or when it comes into contact with the surface, leaving only a thin layer of the original liquid film on the surface. Due to the thick composition of the original liquid, the propellant is composed of volatile mixtures of gases with different boiling points. The surface of the aerosol does not require very fine particles to be sprayed out, so the dosage of the propellant can be reduced.
Foam aerosol
The substance emitted by foam aerosol is not liquid particles, but foam. For example: aerosol for hair dry cleaning, hair mousse, skin care mousse, sunscreen mousse, toothpaste aerosol, aerosol for hand washing and disinfection, and some foam type medical aerosol for dermatology. The difference between foam type and other aerosols is that the propellant is emulsified by the stock solution (preparation) to form Emulsion. When Emulsion is ejected through the valve, the surrounding propellant expands and vaporizes immediately, making Emulsion become foam. The consistency of foam can be controlled according to the requirements of the formula; It can also be controlled by the lifting capacity of the propellant. More is thin, less is a disaster. A certain amount of propellant can produce good foam effect.
Powder type aerosol
The solid fine powder contained in this aerosol is dispersed in the propellant, forming a relatively stable suspension. When in use, open the valve of the aerosol, causing turbulence of the material in the aerosol tank and causing fine powder to be sprayed out by the propellant. After the propellant vaporizes, the fine powder will remain in the space or surface.
